Ingredients

• assorted sprouts
• cherry tomatoes
• tender peas
Marinated pistachios:
• 1 handful raw pistachios
• a little extra virgin olive oil
• sweet paprika
• hot paprika
• salt
Sauce:
• ½ cup orange juice
• 3 tablespoons peeled hemp seeds
• 3 tablespoons white miso
• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon low-salt tamari
• 1 small piece of fresh ginger
Step-by-step preparation
44. Sauce: Place all the ingredients in a mini blender or similar and mix well until the sauce is a little thick and homogeneous. If you don't have a small blender, grate the ginger and mix well with a fork.
