I’m Matías Muñoz, founder of I Am Healthy Life. I was born and raised in Salem, Oregon.

For years, I’ve followed a profound path of personal transformation through meditation, conscious movement, clean eating, and holistic therapies.

What began as a quest to heal my body and mind is now a global movement that seeks to reconnect people with their essence and elevate their overall well-being: physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.

At I Am Healthy Life, we have a passionate multidisciplinary team (coaches, therapists, chefs, and community builders) with a clear vision:
