Ingredients
• 1 royal gala or fuji apple
• 1 granny smith apple
• 120 grams of lettuce
• 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 30 grams of raisins
• 100 grams of white celery
• 60 grams of walnuts
• 30 grams of dried cranberries
• FOR THE SAUCE
• 200 grams of yogurt
• Pepper
• ½ lemon
• 4 stalks of chives
• Salt

1. Cut the apple
Wash the apples and lettuce, core the first ones, cut them into cubes and water them with the juice. Chop the lettuce. Clean the celery stalks by removing the strands with a peeler, wash them and cut them into not very thick slices.
2. Prepare the sauce
To prepare the sauce with which we will dress it, beat the yogurt with the juice, pepper and salt. Add the washed and chopped chives, and stir.
3. Add dried fruits
Mix the lettuce, apple, celery, raisins, cranberries and toasted and chopped walnuts. Divide the salad into four bowls or deep plates, pour over the sauce and serve immediately.

Tips:
• You can use several different types of lettuce combined or cut some green lettuce heads or even use an iceberg type.
• If your lettuce is a little wilted, remove the outer leaves and place it in a bowl with very cold water or ice after washing it so that it regains that crunchy touch.
• You can hydrate the raisins and dried cranberries in hot water before adding them to the salad.
